CHANGE MANAGMENT

Change Management, Avoiding Assumptions – Companies face change any time they want to grow, restructure, launch products, alter processes or take measures to remain competitive. This workshop focuses on the opportunities presented by change as well as the proper timing for implementation. It deals with spontaneous and planned changes within the organization and their influence on employee behavior and the organization’s structure. The workshop helps participants understand that change is both natural and inevitable and that we all change from infants to children to students, to lovers, to parents, to managers, to patients, to seniors. Animating and personalizing the concept of change helps people to accept that it is better to embrace change than to resist it.

COACHING

Effective Coaching – This “train the trainer” workshop teaches people how to become highly effective coaches. The workshop deals with the following key areas: Motivation, Communication skills including listening and speaking, Viewing issues holistically, (understanding the big picture), Prioritizing, (deciding what’s important and what’s not), Decision-making, Understanding strengths and weaknesses, Change Management. Good coaches need to be able to connect with a wide variety of people, (mainly because people have different backgrounds, styles, fears, interests, and hopes. Coaching means the ability to find ways to inspire, wake up, and motivate them. In many ways it is about being able to recognize what people want and conversely what they are afraid of, (including their unspoken fears and desires).

COMMUNICATIONS

Data Elimination for Data Retention – This is a workshop in prioritization and communications. Workshop teaches employees how to simplify and summarize as they read and work. An essential management tool in today’s world of massive data. In today’s business world what is essential is to decide what is important and what is not. We used to be data starved, but today with the internet, it’s the opposite, we’re data inundated. This workshop focuses on two key essential management tools, prioritization and simplification in communications.

Dynamic English – An English language workshop that features a new groundbreaking method for adults that is based on direct imprinting of vocabulary and uses language learning methods gleaned from the performing arts and from international agencies like the CIA and MI5.

CREATIVITY ENHANCEMENT

Avoiding Assumptions – This workshop is a blend of theory and practice, examples and exercises. It helps participants stop making so many assumptions, even the subtle assumptions they don’t usually realize they’re making. The workshop will begin with an individual quiz for innovation and assumption making so that participants will be able to recognize the assumptions they’re making. The workshop will give people the tools they need to suspend making assumptions when they need to be creative.

Ideas, Connections, Solutions – This workshop gets participants to come up with ideas on a range of topics and then to look for connections between those ideas and other things. People like this workshop because they begin to expand their worlds and start to look at routine things in new and different ways. During the workshop participants also realize that they have been stopping themselves from being creative and that by changing their attitudes they can reverse that.

Jump Start Your Imagination – Does your team need fresh ideas? Are you stuck on an issue that seems unsolvable? Are you consistently able to look at topics and events and also people from different points of view? This is THE best workshop for you. Most people have one way of looking at things and it’s difficult for them to be able to shift positions to look at something in different ways. This workshop goes further than Lego Serious Play, because it actually teaches people to how to express, connect and understand. It’s the difference between giving someone a fish and teaching them to fish.

Multiple Perspectives – Most people can see other perspectives occasionally, but can’t do it with any consistency. The key is to be able to do it, when you have to, without regard for the place and if need be under pressure. This depends on the ability to temporarily put aside your own personal values, beliefs, and opinions. This workshop is a dynamic blend of theory and practice, examples and exercises. It gives participants the confidence they need to become more fully innovative.

One day to Discover Your Creative Wonderland – A one day workshop with the theme of Alice in Wonderland that helps participants discover what they need to do to become more fully creative. Alice in Wonderland is a book about innovation and creativity. It’s about how to go from childhood to adulthood without losing all of the vibrant creativity you were born with. Most people lose their creativity in adolescence and then never get it back. They may bump into it occasionally, on a dark night after a few drinks or perhaps in a dream, but they can’t use it to be creative whenever they need or want to. This fun workshop is a blend of theory and practice, and is filled with practical examples and exercises. It helps participants realize that they can come up with a lot more ideas and solutions, just by expanding their curiosities.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

How to Start a Successful New Business – This workshop takes a pragmatic, real-life look at the entrepreneurial process of conceiving and implementing a new venture. Starting and running a new business is not easy. The majority of the businesses that will start this year in the world will fail. Yet, 72% of the richest people in the United States are first generation entrepreneurs. The richest family in the USA is the Walton family, and they made their vast fortune from one company, Walmart. This unique workshop will give you the tools you need to start a successful new business with a competitive advantage. A competitive advantage is something that distinguishes a firm from its competitors. Firms that have competitive advantages are successful, while firms which do not, will fail.

INNOVATION

Bingo Questions – This is a workshop which represents a vibrant new direction in innovation training. It is based on 1 simple fact. If you can get adults to ask more questions, they will become more creative and more engaged in what they are working on. Bingo Questions drive to the heart of an issue. They reformat things, and force people to deal only with the essentials. They’re the type of questions consultants and CEOs ask. They come from the back of the room and out of the blue. Bingo! They’re worth their weight in gold.

Participants in this hands-on, interactive workshop will work in teams to solve problems by asking a series of questions, but only the bingo questions will let them access information that will help them to solve the problem. Bingo Questions go much further than Lego Serious Play. Bingo Questions are at the heart of the innovation process. Taking out toys when you need to be creative won’t do very much, but asking questions will.

Innovation for R&D Professionals – Research and Development professionals today need to be able to think “out of the box’, simply because the world today is faster and more complex. Out of the box thinking allows R&D professionals to change speeds, to connect emerging trends and technologies and to be able to look at things from various perspectives simultaneously. This workshop helps them to connect ideas and people. It trains people to make fewer assumptions, allowing them to see ideas and solutions that they would ordinarily overlook. The purpose of this workshop is to identify and then maximize the innate talents of the people who take it.

Innovation for Sales Professionals – Sales people today need to be able to think innovatively, or as it is frequently referred to, “out of the box’, simply because sales and marketing are much more complicated now. Today, customers have enormous choices. Competition is fierce and customers expect sales people to talk to connect with them and talk to them in real terms. This unique workshop helps sales professionals to change speeds, to see customers from various perspectives, and to better be able to connect. This workshop is designed to help participants become more “people oriented”. The purpose is to identify and then maximize the innate talents of those who take it.

LATERAL THINKING

Ideas, Connections, Lateral Thinking – This workshop has several inter-connected components, lateral thinking, ideas, connections and solutions. All are basic to innovative thought. Lateral thinking encourages people to expresses ideas by temporarily suspending the inhibiting factor of judgment. This workshop gets participants to come up with ideas on a range of topics and then to look for connections between those ideas and other things. People like this workshop because they begin to expand their worlds and start to look at routine things in new and different ways. During the workshop participants also realize that they have been stopping themselves from being creative and that by changing their attitudes they can reverse that.

LEADERSHIP

Leadership and Creativity – This workshop teaches participants the fundamentals of both leadership and creativity, then blends the two so that potential leaders will have the confidence and the experience to consistently make use of their creativity when they need it

Leadership and Strategy – When Steve Jobs returned to Apple in 1997, to the company he co-founded, Apple was a company in trouble. It still had many things going for it, but it had too many products, too many directions and too many rules and regulations. Like many outwardly successful, inwardly chaotic firms, it had turned in on itself. Jobs gave Apple both leadership and strategy. This workshop uses recent examples from industry to illustrate the important connections between strategy and leadership.
Leadership and Innovation – It is important that leaders today be able to think innovatively. Leaders need to be able to go beyond the ordinary, to decide what is important and what is not, and have the courage to turn things upside down and inside out. All these traits are found in leadership and they are also found in innovation. This workshop helps potential leaders see other perspectives and point of view and then adjust their style to the situation at hand

Leadership and Motivation – One of the questions business executives and sales managers often ask consultants is: How do I motivate my employees to do the things I want them to do? This workshop answers that question and gives proven techniques to increase and sustain motivation in yourself and in the people you manage. Effective management means determining what motivates someone and then using this knowledge to channel their energies toward mutual goals. This workshop also teaches you how to increase and sustain your will power to achieve your goals.

MARKETING

Customer Relationship Management and Service Marketing – A firm’s most important assets are its core customers. These people have already bought services from you, while everyone else needs to be convinced to do so, which is not easy. From a marketing point of view a firms greatest priority is to take care of their core customers, yet most firms do not know who these customers are and the ones who do, are not able to manage those relationships successfully. This workshop deals with setting up a simple and efficient CRM system. This workshop will encourage participants to analyze marketing from multiple angles and help them to build customer centric systems that exceed customer expectations

Exceeding Customer Expectations – Having “crazy satisfied customers” used to be a luxury, but today it’s becoming a necessity. There are two reasons. Competition today is greater than ever and survey after survey reveal that customers have a difficult time differentiating between one product and another. That, combined with the fact that we don’t need most of what we buy means that most products and services cannot count on a having a network of repeat customers unless those customers are “crazy satisfied”. This workshop teaches participants how to exceed customer expectations. It’s a combination of product, service, team and image, the right blend of which will have you far ahead of the competition.#

MOTIVATION

How to Develop a Positive, Seize the Moment Attitude – The purpose of this workshop is to teach participants how to become risk takers, (not physical risks) but emotional and intellectual risks and then to be able to use that attitude in business. MBA programs worldwide do not teach or encourage students to take risks. There are no courses in business schools that teach students how to take risks. “If you’re not a risk taker, you should get the hell out of business” Ray Kroc, founder of McDonalds.
